Our room control system
Due to the required energy efficiency, new detached homes usually have underfloor heating systems. The SST Alpha smart system for underfloor heating systems is the ideal solution in these cases and for older systems that often lack sufficient control. The system can also be used offline in standalone mode but allows upgrades to a cloud-based smart home system at any desired time.
The SST Alpha Smartware base station is the standard central connection unit of the SST Alpha Smart System.
A system that meets all requirements
The Alpha base station direct is the central connection unit and power supply for all Alpha System smartware components. Thanks to a clear layout, valve controls and thermostats can be easily connected. The proven cable management and standard strain relief, as well as the screwless plug-in/terminal connection method, guarantee safe and quick wiring.
The direct versions of the Alpha base station are optionally available in versions with 6 or 10 heating/cooling zones. Up to 10 room thermostats and 10/14 valve actuators (21 connections) are powered.
The device has connections for controlling a pump and a boiler or other electrical devices. With inputs for external switches, timer signals from room thermostats, and a timer module in the housing cover, the room temperature can be lowered based on time.
The device is adapted for NC (normally closed) or NO (normally open) systems, and the pump activation time is set via a dip switch. The CO input means this control system can be used for both heating and cooling.
