sst RVS Manifolds
Increasingly, projects—both residential and commercial—are being carried out with both heating and cooling capabilities.
sst stalen verdelers
An air-to-water heat pump system is suitable for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water production. The stainless steel manifold is ideal for low-temperature systems supplied without mixing. The stainless steel manifold is corrosion-free, and each circuit is equipped with its own flow regulator. This pump-free manifold is suitable for both heating and cooling.

SST RVS MANIFOLDS
Low temperature
The manifold is the beating heart of a water-based underfloor heating system. The starting point is that the water supply is heated by a primary heat source. The supply temperature of the heat source determines which type of manifold needs to be installed.
What is low temperature?
We refer to low-temperature (LT) systems when the supply temperature from the primary heat source ranges between 30 °C and 65 °C. Within this range, a distinction is made between open LT systems (up to a maximum supply temperature of 45 °C) and LTV systems (up to a maximum supply temperature of 65 °C). In most cases, heating is provided by a (hybrid) heat pump or a boiler with a supply temperature of up to 65 °C.
When underfloor heating is connected to a central heating system with a supply temperature of up to 45 °C, open manifolds (without pumps) are usually used. In these systems, the pump from the primary heat source circulates the supply water through both the central heating system and the floor.
For sustainability reasons, homes are increasingly being equipped with low-temperature systems. All steel manifolds from SST are designed for low-temperature systems. This is both in response to market demand and because we want to contribute to a livable future for generations to come.
