The SST Guarantee.
Our SST guarantee is unique in the market. We believe it’s important that you can rely on us. That means we not only always strive for the highest quality, but also offer a fair and transparent warranty policy.
For the underfloor heating systems we supply, we apply (in accordance with our terms of delivery) the following warranty:

10-year warranty in case of damage.
Within a warranty period of 10 years from the date of delivery, in case of damage, the plastic pipe will be replaced free of charge, including the corresponding fittings. This applies to clearly identifiable cases of damage that can be traced back to manufacturing defects for which we are responsible.

10-year warranty on damage caused by third parties.
Within a warranty period of 10 years from the date of delivery (and the condition under item 1), in addition to replacing the supplied pipe and fittings, damage caused to third-party materials and any resulting consequential damages are also covered. SST will take care of removing and reinstalling the underfloor heating system, in accordance with the latest technical standards.

Renowned insurer.
To cover damages, SST relies on product liability, which is insured with a renowned insurer. The coverage amount is 2.5 million euros per claim, with a maximum of 5 million euros per address.

Installation guidelines.
This warranty is only valid if all executing parties, such as the installer and floor layer, comply with the installation guidelines set by us. In addition, a check of the system must have taken place, and only the use of SST system components is permitted.
